For agencies & program managers
Multi-Client Performance Scaling for Agencies & OPMs
Scale your entire brand portfolio through a single master integration. Access pre-vetted B2B publishers, media buying teams and S2S tracking across all your managed accounts.
-
Multi-tenant setup
Manage all client brands under one agency hub, each with its own brief and reporting stream.
-
Dedicated BD manager
White-glove support and custom offer matching across the whole portfolio, not one account at a time.
-
Instant API sync
Full REST API and Scaleo S2S postback compatibility, configured with your engineers before launch.
This page is for agencies that manage a brand's program. If your agency sends traffic to campaigns and earns commission, you want agencies & sub-networks under For Publishers instead.
Why agencies choose us
Billing, Control, Senior Attention
A network that is workable for one brand can be unworkable for twelve. These three are what change when the account is a portfolio.
-
Single master contract & consolidated billing
Streamlined Financial Operations
Eliminate administrative friction with a single master partner agreement and unified invoicing across all your managed advertiser brands.
- One agreement covers the agency — adding a client is a brief, not a fresh negotiation
- Unified invoicing, itemised by campaign so a line can go straight into a client report
- Publisher payouts, tax handling and the payment schedule stay on our side of the line
-
Granular sub-publisher traffic control
Brand-Level Compliance Customization
Set strict traffic rules per client. Instantly enable or restrict specific publisher segments — allow PPC for Client A, restrict to content-only for Client B.
- Per-client negative keyword lists, GEO lists and brand-bidding position
- Publisher access is granted per campaign, so competing clients stay separated by rule
- Traffic from a source a client prohibits is invalidated before it reaches an invoice
-
Dedicated agency growth partner
Executive BD & Account Management
Get a dedicated senior BD manager to audit your clients' offers, structure competitive commission tiers, and actively pitch them to top-tier publishers.
- One named contact across the whole portfolio, so your standards are explained once
- Offer audits and commission tiers structured against what the category actually pays
- Client contact runs through you — we do not approach your clients directly

The boundary
What You Keep, What We Run
The only question that really decides whether an agency and a network can work together is where this line sits. Here is where we put it.
Stays with your agency
- The client relationship, and every conversation inside it
- Strategy, commission structure and which partner types fit the brand
- The campaign brief: rates, GEO list, traffic rules, brand-bidding position
- Creative direction and the claims publishers are allowed to make
- Reporting to the client, in your format and on your cadence
- Your own commercial arrangement with the brand
Run by affiliate.love
- Publisher recruitment against each brief you write
- Screening applicants and approving them to the traffic they declared
- Tracking configuration with the brand's engineers, tested before launch
- Conversion validation, and rejecting rule-breaking traffic pre-invoice
- Publisher payouts, tax handling and the payment schedule
- Per-client reporting delivered to you, split by campaign
Where a brief asks for something unenforceable we say so before launch rather than after an invoice. What every publisher is held to regardless of your brief is in the campaign guidelines, and how compliance is enforced covers the rest.
For every managed account
What a Client Campaign Runs On
The platform capabilities each client account inherits the day its campaign goes live.
-
Automated API catalog & feed sync
Bulk Offer Management
Import, update and manage multiple campaign feeds via REST API, seamlessly synced with your internal platform.
-
Tailored commission & bonus tiers
Custom Payout Structures
Design exclusive payout tiers, private landing page routing and high-volume performance bonuses for top publishers.
-
Cross-campaign anti-fraud shield
Universal Quality Control
Automated real-time log analysis isolates non-compliant traffic at the sub-publisher level across all client campaigns.
-
Real-time S2S & postback aggregation
Unified Analytics
Granular conversion reporting with support for SubID1–SubID5 parameters across all active client accounts.
Client programs run on the same terms any advertiser gets — the models are on payout models, the tracking mechanics on tracking links, and the vertical detail on SaaS & software and e-commerce & retail.
Where the line sits
The client stays yours. The publisher relationships stay ours. Neither side has to pretend it does the other one's job.
What that means campaign by campaign is above; what every publisher is held to regardless of your brief is in the campaign guidelines.
Onboarding workflow
Framework First, Then the Portfolio
The agreement is made once with the agency. After that, onboarding a client is execution.
- 01
Master agreement & portfolio brief
Sign the agency partnership terms and give us a brief of your brand portfolio targets — how many programs, which categories, which markets.
- 02
API & tracking infrastructure integration
Connect your clients' tracking systems via Scaleo S2S postbacks or REST API endpoints. Our team configures it and reconciles test conversions against the brand's own records.
- 03
Multi-client offer deployment
Activate client campaigns with customised traffic rules, negative keyword lists and payout rates. Each client is its own campaign, inheriting nothing from a sibling account.
- 04
Publisher matching & revenue scaling
Our BD team matches your offers with hand-picked media buyers, content portals and specialised publishers whose declared traffic fits each brief.
Infrastructure
Multi-Tenant Tech, and What Guards It
The network runs on Scaleo. For a portfolio account that matters in two directions — what you can operate, and how fast a problem inside one client can be contained.
Scaleo core
Multi-Brand Architecture
- Multi-client account management with separated reporting streams
- Bulk campaign management via REST API
- Multi-currency support (USD, EUR, GBP) and custom attribution windows per client
Compliance safety
Fraud Isolation & Audit Trail
- Instant sub-publisher blocking in under 2 hours, without disrupting the main agency account
- Complete publisher identity records available for client audit compliance on request
- Zero-tolerance brand-bidding enforcement across all media buying teams
Questions
FAQ for Agencies & Program Managers
The six things an agency settles before putting a client's program on a network.
Will you contact our clients directly?
No. The commercial relationship is with your agency and communication runs through you, including escalations. That boundary is written into the framework agreement rather than left as an assurance, because it is usually the first thing an agency needs settled before it will put a client on a network.
Do we get a dashboard with logins for each client?
No — advertiser programs on this network are fully managed and there is no self-serve console for anyone, agency or brand. What multi-tenant means here is that each client is a separate campaign with its own brief, rules and reporting stream under one agency agreement. If a client wants their own view of the numbers, you pass on the reporting for their campaign.
Can we run two competing brands in the same category?
Yes. Each is a separate campaign with its own brief, and publisher access is granted per campaign. Where you need publishers kept out of one program because they promote the other, that is set as an access rule on the campaign rather than handled informally.
Who writes the campaign brief — us or you?
You do, and that is the point of the arrangement. Commission structure, GEO list, traffic rules and brand-bidding position are strategy, and strategy is what your client is paying you for. Our team reviews the brief for anything unenforceable, configures it, and then executes it as written.
How does our margin work?
That is agreed with business development when the framework is set, against the number of programs you manage and how much of the management you are doing yourself. It is a commercial conversation rather than a published rate card, because an agency running six programs end-to-end is not in the same position as one bringing a single client.
We send traffic to campaigns as well — is that this page?
No. An agency that promotes campaigns and earns commission is a publisher on this network, and the terms, payouts and tiers for that are on the agencies and sub-networks page under For Publishers. This page is for agencies on the other side of the market: the ones running a brand's program and looking for a network to run it on. Nothing stops an agency doing both, under two separate relationships.
