Four ways in.
affiliate.love is a CPA marketplace, where advertisers pay for a completed action. Publishers, advertisers, compliance and payouts all reach us at the same address. Name your route in the subject line and it lands on the right desk.

Four routes, one address
Each route below opens the same mailbox with the subject filled in. Use the one that matches your job. The page it links to answers most questions before you write.
-
Publishers
Apply, or ask before you apply
Send your traffic sources, your verticals and the campaigns you run today. If you are already approved, use the same route for offer access and tracking questions.
Open a publisher thread See how publisher approval works -
Advertisers
Launch or review a program
Tell us the offer, the target market and the action you pay for. We map it to a payout model, then match it with publishers who fit your brand rules.
Open a advertiser thread Read the advertiser brief -
Compliance
Report traffic or flag a placement
Suspect a bought click, a bot click or an off-brief creative? Send the campaign name and the placement. Traffic reports jump the queue ahead of general mail.
Open a compliance thread Review our compliance stance -
Payouts
Query a payment or a hold
Include your publisher name and the period in question. Most payout questions are answered by the schedule, so check it first — it saves you a round trip.

Three lines save a week
We review traffic by hand. Nothing is auto-approved. The more of this you send in the first message, the sooner the review can start.
-
Name the route
Put publisher, advertiser, compliance or payout in the subject line. It lands on the right desk the first time.
-
Show the traffic
Publishers: list your sources and placements. Advertisers: name the action you pay for and the markets you want.
-
Add the detail
Campaign name, tracking link or period. One concrete reference beats three paragraphs of background.
Asked often
Four quick answers
Do you use a contact form?
No. One mailbox handles every route. Mail keeps your attachments, your thread and your timestamps intact, which a form field cannot do.
Can I apply as a publisher by email?
Yes. Mail is a fine way to start. Every application is read by a person and checked against our traffic rules before access opens.
What is a postback, and do I need one?
A postback is the server call that tells us a conversion happened. Approved publishers get one with their tracking links. Ask if yours is missing.
Where do I send a brand-safety concern?
The same address, with Compliance in the subject. Name the campaign and the placement so we can trace it to a publisher account.
Still open? The publisher FAQ covers offer access, tracking links and holds in more depth.
Ready when you are
