Payment schedule

One payment rhythm the whole marketplace shares.

You should never have to ask when the money moves. affiliate.love runs one cycle for every publisher. The cut-off, the statement and the run date are printed in your account before you send a single click.

The cycle

Four steps, then the money leaves.

The same four steps repeat every period. You can see which step a conversion sits in at any time. That tells you exactly why it has not paid yet.

See how a conversion gets approved
  1. The month runs

Every approved conversion lands in your balance as it clears review.

  2. Cut-off closes

The period ends. Anything approved after it moves to the next run.

  3. Statement is issued

You get a line-by-line statement. It names each campaign and each amount.

  4. Payment leaves

Cleared balances go out on the run date shown in your account.

Getting the money

Three ways to take your payout.

Pick a method once. Change it whenever you like. A change made after the cut-off applies to the run after next, so the current statement stays intact.

  • Bank transfer

    Slowest to land

Best for larger balances. Your bank adds its own clearing time.

  • Wire

    Cross-border

Used where a local transfer is not an option. Fees are shown before you pick it.

  • Digital wallet

    Fastest to land

Handy for smaller runs. The wallet must match the name on your account.

Terms differ by model. Compare CPA, CPL and RevShare before you choose where to push volume.

Before you write to us

Why a payment can wait a cycle.

Most delayed runs come down to one of four causes. Each one is visible in your dashboard. Fix it and the balance joins the next payment without a ticket.

  • The hold period is still open

Advertisers watch for refunds after a sale. The end date sits next to the conversion.

  • Your balance is under the threshold

A minimum applies per run. The rest rolls forward. Nothing is lost or expired.

  • Payout details are missing

Tax and bank fields must be complete. The dashboard flags any gap before the run.

  • Traffic is under review

Flagged clicks pause the linked earnings only. The rest of the balance still pays.

Schedule questions

Four answers that save you an email.

What happens to earnings below the threshold?

They roll into the next run. Balances never expire while your account is live. You can watch the total climb toward the minimum in your dashboard.

Does a late advertiser delay my payment?

Not for approved earnings. Once a conversion clears its hold, it belongs to your balance. We chase the advertiser, not you.

Can I change my payout method mid-cycle?

Yes. Changes made before the cut-off apply to that run. Later ones apply to the following run, so nothing lands in a closed account.

What if tracking missed a conversion?

Send the campaign and the day. We check the postback log with the advertiser. A postback is the server message that reports a sale. Proven gaps are added back.

More publisher answers sit in the publisher FAQ. Link setup is covered under tracking links.
