Insights

Field notes from inside a vetted CPA network.

Most affiliate advice is written by people who never read a traffic log. Ours is not. We write from the same desk that approves publishers, checks placements and clears payouts. You get the method, not the hype.

Four running threads

What we keep writing about.

The same four questions arrive every week. So we answer them here, in the open, instead of one inbox at a time.

  • Payout mechanics

What each model rewards, and where publishers lose money by guessing.

We break down CPA, CPL and RevShare per vertical. We also cover attribution windows and why a hold period exists.

  • Traffic quality

How we spot incentivized clicks and bot traffic before an advertiser sees them.

Notes from our review desk. What a clean source looks like, and the patterns that get a placement paused.

  • Brand safety

What compliance review asks of a SaaS, fintech, travel or EdTech offer.

Rules shift by region and by vertical. We write down the checks so a publisher can plan a placement in advance.

  • Partnership growth

How a one-off test becomes a program that survives a busy fourth quarter.

Written for media buyers and agency growth leads. It covers offer mix, cadence and how to open a real conversation.

How a piece gets made

Four rules we hold ourselves to.

A network that vets campaigns should hold its own writing to the same bar. These rules are short on purpose. They are easy to check.

Read how the network was built
  1. It starts in the review desk

Every piece begins with work we already do. We vet campaigns and applications daily.

  2. One idea per piece

We answer a single question. A postback guide does not drift into payout policy.

  3. Plain words, defined terms

Jargon gets a definition on first use. Short sentences beat clever ones.

  4. No numbers we cannot show

We publish method, not marketing figures. If we cannot source it, we leave it out.

Shared vocabulary

Six terms worth pinning down first.

Half of all payout disputes start with a word each side reads differently. Learn these six and most briefs stop being confusing.

CPA
Cost per action. You earn a fixed amount when a user finishes the action the advertiser named.
CPL
Cost per lead. You earn a fixed amount for a lead the advertiser accepts as real.
RevShare
A share of what a customer spends over time. It starts slower and keeps paying while they stay.
Postback
A server message from the advertiser that reports a conversion back to our tracker.
Hold period
The wait before earnings clear. It gives the advertiser time to catch refunds.
EPC
Earnings per click. A simple way to compare how two campaigns treat the same traffic.

Setup detail lives on tracking links. Dates and thresholds sit on the payment schedule, and the rest is answered in the publisher FAQ.
