Your data, held
on the same terms
as our payouts.

We run a compliance-first CPA network. That promise is worthless if we are careless with the data behind it. This page says plainly what we take, why we take it, and how you get it back. No hidden clauses.

What we collect

Four buckets. Nothing else.

We take what a campaign needs to run and be paid. If a field does not serve one of these four jobs, we do not ask for it.

  • Account and application data

Your name, work email, company, country and payout method. We ask for your traffic sources when you apply. A person reads that answer before we approve you.

  • Campaign and click data

Click IDs, offer IDs, timestamps, referring domain and device type. A postback (the advertiser's server reply) tells us when a conversion is valid.

  • Payment records

Invoices, payout amounts, hold periods and tax details. Finance law makes us keep these. They are never used for marketing.

  • Site and support data

Pages you view here, plus any message you send our partner team. Cookie detail lives on our cookie page. You can turn the optional ones off.

Why we hold it

Every use has a reason you can check.

Five uses of your data, with the ground each one stands on.
What we do Why it is needed Legal ground
Run your account To approve you, list the right campaigns and keep your login safe. Contract
Prove conversions To match a click to a sale so the payout is correct and disputes can be settled. Contract
Stop fraud To spot bot clicks, bought clicks and incentive traffic before an advertiser is billed. Legitimate interest
Pay you To send payouts and keep the tax and invoice records the law requires. Legal duty
Send network news To share new campaigns and payout changes. Every email carries a one-click opt out. Consent

Sharing and retention

Who sees it, and for how long.

Advertisers see the traffic their own campaign produced. That means click volume, conversion counts and the payout owed. They do not see your other campaigns or your other partners.

We use a small set of vendors to host the platform, send email and move payments. Each one signs a data processing contract. None of them may reuse your data for their own ends.

Read how vetting works on our compliance and brand-safety page, or see the click data flow under tracking links and postbacks.

Your rights

Ask, and we act.

  • Can I see everything you hold on me?

Yes. Ask us and we send a copy of your account file, your click records and your payout history. We reply within 30 days.

  • Can you delete my data?

We erase your account and traffic records on request. Paid invoices stay for the period tax law sets. We tell you what stays and why.

  • Can I stop the marketing email?

Yes. Use the opt-out link in any email, or write to us. Service email about payouts and approvals still reaches you.

  • Where is my data held?

On servers inside the EU. If a vendor sits elsewhere, we use standard contract clauses to cover the transfer.

  • Do you sell my data?

No. We never sell or rent it. Advertisers see the traffic detail their own campaign produced, and nothing more.

Questions about your record?

Write to our partner team. One person owns data requests, so you get a real answer rather than a ticket number.
