Article 01
Accounts and approval
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. One person or company, one account.
Everything you tell us at sign-up has to be true. That includes your traffic
sources, your company details and your payout method.
We review each application by hand before access opens. We may decline an
application, and we do not have to give a reason. If your traffic mix changes
later, tell us first. Undeclared sources are grounds for suspension.
Article 02
Campaign terms and opt-in
Each campaign page states its payout model, its rate and its rules. The models are
CPA, CPL and RevShare. CPL means cost per lead. RevShare pays you a share of the
revenue an advertiser earns from the customer you sent.
You opt in to a campaign before you promote it. That opt-in accepts the campaign
rules on top of these terms. An advertiser may change a rate or pause an offer.
Work booked under the old rate is honoured until the change goes live.
Article 03
Traffic quality and banned methods
Clean traffic is the core of this network. Bot clicks, forced clicks, cookie
stuffing, trademark bidding without written consent, and incentivised sign-ups are
all banned. So is any claim an advertiser has not approved in writing.
We run fraud checks on every campaign. Suspect volume can be held while we look at
it. Confirmed fraud voids the earnings it produced and closes the account. Our
full standard sits on the compliance and brand-safety page.
Article 04
Tracking and disputes
Our tracking record is the record we pay from. A conversion counts when the
advertiser postback reaches us inside the attribution window. That window is the
period after a click in which a sale still credits back to you.
Broken links, blocked pixels and edited parameters can lose conversions. Test your
links before you scale. If a number looks wrong, raise it with us and we will pull
the logs. Disputes are worked openly with the advertiser on both sides.
Article 05
Earnings, holds and payment
Earnings become payable once the advertiser approves them and the review period
ends. Holds exist so refunds, charge-backs and fraud checks settle first. Held
volume is shown in your dashboard while it waits.
We pay on the cycle set out on the payment schedule page,
in the currency and method on your account. You pay your own taxes and any bank
fee on your side. We can offset a reversed conversion against a later payout.
Article 06
Brand use, data and privacy
Use an advertiser brand only in the way the campaign allows. Creative assets stay
the property of whoever made them. You may not resell campaign data or share our
rates with a third party.
Personal data you collect on a placement stays your duty under the law that covers
you. We handle account and tracking data as set out in our
privacy notice and our cookie notice.
Article 07
Suspension, closing and liability
Either side may close the account with written notice. We can suspend access at
once when we see fraud, a legal risk or a serious breach. Clean earnings already
approved are still paid after a normal close.
The service is provided as it stands. We do not promise a set income, a set
approval rate or unbroken uptime. Our liability is limited to the fees passed
through your account in the three months before a claim, so far as the law allows.
