Careers
Work on the boring parts that matter
Tracking that does not drop conversions. Compliance decisions that hold up when an advertiser challenges them. Payouts that land when we said they would. That is the work here.
Teams
How the team is organised
Four functions, each with a clear surface it owns.
-
Compliance & Quality
Reviews publisher applications, audits creatives and traffic, and decides when a campaign gets paused. The team whose judgement the network's reputation rests on.
-
Account Management
Owns advertiser and publisher relationships end to end — campaign setup, terms, escalations, and the answers that cannot wait for a ticket queue.
-
Platform Engineering
Builds and runs tracking, postback delivery, reporting and payouts. Correctness matters more than velocity here; a dropped conversion is somebody's income.
-
Content & Education
Writes the guides, campaign briefs and help-center answers that let a publisher launch without asking anyone.
Hiring
What the process looks like
Four stages, and we tell you where you are at each one.
- 1
Application
You write to us with what you have done. No form with fourteen required fields.
- 2
Conversation
A 45-minute call about your actual experience and what the role involves day to day.
- 3
Practical
A short, paid task that resembles the work. We do not run take-home projects that take a weekend.
- 4
Decision
An answer either way, with reasons. Silence is not an outcome we use.
Before you apply
Three things worth knowing
We would rather lose a candidate at the reading stage than at month three.
- Performance marketing is a regulated, scrutinised industry — compliance work here is real work, not a checkbox.
- We are a small team, so roles are broad and you will own outcomes rather than tickets.
- Most positions are remote-friendly across compatible time zones, with overlap hours agreed up front.
No formal openings listed right now
We publish roles here when they open rather than keeping evergreen listings up to collect CVs. If your background fits one of the four functions above, write to [email protected] with what you have worked on — speculative applications are read.
