Creatives must reflect current pricing and features accurately. Using “Free Download” triggers for paid software is prohibited unless a free trial actually exists.

EdTech & Digital Services
Claims regarding course outcomes, certificates, or career guarantees must match the advertiser's landing page word for word.

Enforcement & Violation Policy
Clear consequences for policy non-compliance, so a safe environment stays enforceable rather than aspirational.
- 1
Step 1: Campaign Pause & Warning
If non-compliant traffic or creative issues are detected, the campaign is immediately paused and a notice is sent to the publisher.
- 2
Step 2: Conversion Rejection & Adjustment
Conversions generated through prohibited traffic sources, spam, or misleading creatives are invalidated and rejected from payouts.
- 3
Step 3: Permanent Account Termination
Severe violations, fraudulent activity, or repeated compliance breaches result in immediate account termination and a permanent network ban.
The full escalation path, including how disputes are raised, is on the compliance page. Traffic definitions used above appear in the acceptable use policy.
