For e-commerce & retail brands

Drive Scalable E-commerce Sales with Vetted Performance Partners

Expand your online store through pre-screened media buying teams, niche review portals and compliant deal networks — without risking your brand reputation.

  • Margin-safe CPAs

Commission structures aligned with your COGS — rates set per category, not blanket across the catalogue.

  • Promo code control

No unauthorised coupon leakage or scraping: codes are allocated to named publishers and expire when you say.

  • Omnichannel traffic

Vetted search, social, shopping and deal publishers — each approved against the traffic they declared.

Brand & margin protection

Vouchers, Attribution, Traffic Quality

A basket can be partly returned, a code can travel much further than you meant it to, and last-click abuse can bill you for a sale you had already won. The program is built around all three.

  • Strict voucher & coupon governance

    Anti-Leakage Voucher Policy

We enforce strict rules on coupon distribution. Only approved promotional codes are allowed, preventing coupon site scraping and checkout abandonment cannibalisation.

    • Codes are allocated to named publishers, never released to the network at large
    • Each code carries an expiry and a market you set, not one a publisher assumes
    • A code on a site you never authorised is a breach: those conversions are rejected before invoicing
  • Dynamic basket & cart attribution

    S2S Cart-Level Postbacks

Track real-time basket values, SKU-level data and new versus returning customers through Scaleo S2S integration, so you can pay differential commissions.

    • Order value, currency and click identifier arrive server-side from your order system
    • Item-level detail lets full-price, sale and excluded lines earn different rates in one basket
    • A second confirmation once the return window closes settles what is actually owed
  • Pre-screened commerce publishers

    High-Intent Buying Traffic

Access hand-picked Google Shopping media buyers, editorial review portals and closed-loop loyalty networks. No pop-unders or forced redirects.

    • Access is granted against the traffic each publisher declared at application
    • Toolbar and adware traffic, cookie stuffing and trademark squatting are refused outright
    • Breaches cost a publisher access to your campaign, not just the single conversion

Categories & payouts

Four Retail Segments, Four Payout Shapes

Return exposure, margin spread and repeat purchase differ by category — so the payout structure does too. These are the shapes we start from before your own numbers refine them.

  • 01

    Fashion, Apparel & Lifestyle

The highest return exposure in retail, so commission confirms on what the shopper keeps. Full-price, sale and clearance lines can each carry their own rate.

    • Clothing
    • Footwear
    • Accessories
    • Jewelry

    Payout models

    • Percentage CPS (cost per sale)
    • New customer bonus
  • 02

    Consumer Electronics & Gadgets

Thin margins across a wide basket. Rates are applied per item, so an accessory attachment is not paid at the rate a flagship device carries.

    • Smart Home
    • Audio
    • Mobile Devices
    • Accessories

    Payout models

    • Tiered CPS based on cart value
    • Fixed CPA per unit
  • 03

    Beauty, Health & Wellness

Repeat purchase is the whole economics. The first order and the subscription that follows are priced separately, and the claims a publisher may make are written into the brief.

    • Skincare
    • Cosmetics
    • Supplements
    • Personal Care

    Payout models

    • First-order CPS
    • Subscription box CPA
  • 04

    Home, Garden & General Retail

High tickets and long consideration windows. Cookie window and validation delay are both set to match how the category actually buys and returns.

    • Furniture
    • Decor
    • Kitchenware
    • Appliances

    Payout models

    • High-ticket CPS
    • Margin-adjusted revenue share

Every structure here is explained in general terms on payout models, and the rate that ends up in your brief is agreed against your own category margins rather than taken from this list.

Verified publisher channels

Who Your Campaign Opens To

Four channel types, each carrying one decision you should make about it before access is granted.

  • E-commerce media buyers & PPC teams

    Paid Search & Social Buyers

Verified media teams running Google Shopping Ads, Meta DPA (Dynamic Product Ads) and TikTok Shop traffic with strict negative keyword lists.

You set: brand-bidding position and the ad platforms permitted

  • Niche product review & gift guides

    Editorial & Content Sites

Product round-ups (“Top 10 Gadgets for X”), buying guides, gift ideas and editorial product-testing portals.

You set: feed access and which categories are promotable

  • Closed-loop loyalty & cashback

    Verified Cashback Platforms

Premium cashback networks and employee benefit portals that drive high-LTV buyers without hurting organic margins.

You set: a distinct rate, and whether they may bid on brand terms

  • Curated deal & shopping communities

    Verified Deal Sites

Moderated shopping forums and deal aggregators that post approved seasonal promotions and flash sales.

You set: named code allocation and the expiry on every code

The publisher-side view of the same programs is on e-commerce campaigns, and cashback & deals publishers shows what those partners are held to when they apply.

Advertiser onboarding

From Commercial Terms to Scale

Fully managed by our team, and paced against your trading calendar rather than ours.

  1. Commercial Terms & Margin Setup

Define target CPA and CPS percentages, cookie lifetime, and the promotional guidelines publishers will be held to. Rates are set per category rather than blanket across the catalogue, so a thin-margin line never pays like a full-margin one.

  2. Store Tracking Integration

Integrate Scaleo S2S postbacks or plugin hooks — Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom stack. Test orders are reconciled against your own records before a single publisher gets access.

  3. Publisher Selection & Alignment

Manually approve the publisher verticals you want: restrict the campaign to content-only, enable media buyers, admit cashback on its own rate, or open deal sites for a named promotion window.

  4. Launch & Scale

Monitor performance, validate orders through the return window, and scale the traffic sources that hold up once returns have settled. Caps and rates are revisited against your trading calendar.

Settled in step 01, written into the brief

  1. Which categories carry which commission rate, and which are excluded entirely
  2. The return window commission is confirmed against
  3. Whether cashback and loyalty partners earn the same rate as content publishers
  4. Which named publishers may hold a discount code, and when each code expires
  5. Whether brand-term bidding is permitted, restricted to non-brand terms, or refused
  6. Which traffic sources are prohibited outright across every partner
  7. Attribution rule and cookie window, including how a coupon click is treated

Publishers read the brief before they request access, so every rule above is known in advance rather than litigated after an invoice.

Infrastructure

What Keeps the Order Data Honest

Two halves of the same guarantee: an attribution engine that can price a basket, and enforcement that removes what should never have been billed.

Attribution

E-commerce Attribution Engine (Scaleo)

  • Dynamic basket payout calculation for percentage-based CPS, applied per item
  • Validation delay matched to your store's return and refund policy, typically 30–60 days
  • Multi-currency attribution and multi-store support under one agreement

Order integrity

Fraud Prevention & Coupon Enforcement

  • Automated tracking of duplicate orders and cancelled transactions
  • Real-time blocking of non-authorised promo codes
  • Sub-publisher ID level transparency on every single transaction

Comparison and content partners also need a product feed carrying identifier, title, current price, currency, availability, category and an image URL on your own domain. Parameter-level tracking detail is on tracking links, what every publisher is held to regardless of your brief is in the campaign guidelines, and how compliance is enforced covers what happens when a rule is broken.

Questions

FAQ for Retail Advertisers

The questions that decide whether a retail program is worth running.

Do we pay commission on orders that get returned?

No. Conversions are held pending until your return window closes, and commission is approved on the basket value that is still yours at that point. Partial returns reduce the commission proportionally. The window length is agreed before launch and published in the campaign brief so publishers know when their earnings settle.

Can we pay cashback sites a different rate from content publishers?

Yes, and most retail advertisers do. Rates can be set per partner type as well as per product category, because a member rebate late in the journey and an editorial review that introduced the brand are not the same contribution. Both rates go into the brief.

How do you stop our discount codes leaking to sites we never authorised?

Codes are allocated to named publishers rather than released to the network, and each carries an expiry you set. A code appearing on an unauthorised site is handled as a compliance breach: the conversions it produced are invalidated before invoicing and the publisher responsible loses access to the campaign.

What does the product feed need to contain?

Enough for a publisher to merchandise your catalogue accurately: product identifier, title, description, current price, currency, availability, category and an image URL on your own domain. Comparison and content partners depend on it being refreshed often enough that they are never listing a price or a stock state you no longer honour.

Can we exclude certain products or categories from the program?

Yes. Exclusions are applied per item at the point commission is calculated, not left as an instruction publishers are trusted to follow. Excluded lines still ship and still convert — they simply do not earn commission, and the exclusion list is visible in the brief.

How long before a program is live?

The variable is almost always your side: feed availability and the order-confirmation integration. Terms and the brief can be agreed quickly; tracking is not opened to publishers until test conversions reconcile against your own records. For a seasonal peak, start the conversation well before the quarter it falls in.
